Literally, nothing else needed to be done to stop the pandemic from happening. No lockdowns. No masks. Nothing.
This level of incompetence wasn't a mistake, it was planned.

This is the correct answer. We've dealt with this sort of thing for thousands of years the individual must take the precautions they deem necessary. It's not on society to change behavior simply because that's completely retarded.
