This virus triggered the wall of the cortex to break down. If there is no wall that means the conscience and the other functions draw closer to the brain itself. Why I'm starting to believe, in terms besides diabolical plan, is that it is true everyone will be infected and the wall won't be able to grow back. So the idea behind the vaccine is to boost/slow down of the wall break down so people are slowly able to catch onto their psych and figure out how to control it before they blackout and their body takes over and causes them to go into murder/suicide mode. It's in evitable and we are heading into a very dangerous time that will result in the next Renaissance phase.
Also note there are ill intentioned people on the world which would be the conversation of a matter of vaccine brands.
