I am also proud, and thankful that I was blessed with the ability to think critically...not very many people, unfortunately, develop these skills.
Same here. I feel more thankful and blessed each day especially these past two years and especially as of more recently that I have these skills.
The women in the article, while having done much harm to her own citizens and country at least had the strength to admit she was wrong and denounce everything she fought so hard for and what she emphatically believed in. For that I commend her.
While she clearly didn't have these critical thinking skills, she at least was capable of learning and had the ability to change her mind when she (finally) was exposed to new information. What I think is really scary is not only how many lack critical thinking skills but also lack the ability to change their stance, or admit they were wrong in favor of digging their heels in the sand to defend an obviously flawed ideology.
Absolutely - those are the ones we need to watch out for…they are irredeemable in my opinion.
