Having said that, I would not be at all surprised if the entire Stargate Series was nothing but classified documents written into script form as a form of obfuscation.
The "space portal" is typically created by a spiraling rocket, and the saucer may be real (flying saucers are real, but aliens are fiction).
I don't know about your footage - most footage is simply fake. However the technology to create the ostensible "portal" is pretty well known, as is the more esoteric flying saucer which can pretend it flew here from "another dimension" by threading the ring.
