It’s espionage. Theft of classified data for pay. That was then used to target innocent American citizens.

Isn't this exactly what Hillary did with her private server? and the maid receiving faxes at Hillary's house? Has anyone checked if the maid Maria was getting her own action on this info?

Felony's maid was never charged with illegally handling classified material.

Must be nice to be a part of the protected class.
