That person would be a "Lady Boy". They are common in Thailand. They are males that have the appearance of a female, i.e., small bone structure, petite height, small facial features - but possess male genitalia.
They do not identify as either sex and demand their own bathrooms just for them.
They have Lady Boy beauty contests where they dress fully as females, and they even have whole 'escort services' that cater to a particular male clientele.
Why does Thailand (and some other countries in that area) have Lady Boys? It is the long-term industrial pollution that has permeated in the soil, air and water which has been found to reduce the testosterone in the developing fetuses and small children which creates a very feminized male.
It is a damn shame.
