She was dead to rights on mishandling classified information and she walked because they decided there wasn't intent. Intent was not a statutory requirement, literally the grossly negligent handling of classified information was all that was needed. Clinesmith lied to the FBI, got 12 months of PROBATION. He's got his law license back already.
