Their turnover rate is actually tracked extremely accurately internally. You can get hired with zero work experience and the job postings for them disappear very quickly due to the amount of applicants they get. If there is a racial imbalance in the workforce it is quite literally going to be due to population diversity. They need bodies too badly to be picky.
