Thank you. Not going to lie, I wasn't about to look it up earlier when I commented. I assumed it had been recent within last 3 years or so. Good on her for stepping up. I'll have to see where she is with any other rulings shes made. Hopefully she's following the real constitutional law.
YW. Hard to trust that anyone is on the patriot team anymore and the ACB fiasco didn't help in that respect (inre judges). Unfortunately the "Cleanup on Aisle 666!!" swamp draining efforts are not going to be easy or quick. That said, all the wins during March Madness and April Showers here are almost dizzying. I'll take wins whenever we can get them.
Any and all wins, big or small are a welcome sight in my eyes.
