So, I think I have been dealing with infected sinuses. I have been taking the horse paste, one dose twice a month and last week took an additional dose 2 days later. There's an almost miraculous improvement this morning. How often can you safely take this if you are going through an illness episode? (I had saved a post with this information months ago, but it disappeared when I couldn't remember my password and had to start a new account...)
