This is a really bad precedent. Employers should have zero input into employee medical decisions.

Military might be able to argue force readiness is compromised if people are not inoculated against prevailing diseases or bio weapons, but the government assures us that COVID-19 is not a bio weapon and as a virus it is a non-event for people of working age in any form of decent health.

So why is the SCOTUS bowing to the government on this one?
