Taxis are extremely overpriced. Down here in Texas, most uber drivers are super done with the mask wearing bs and will sigh in relief when you ask them if they really care if you don't wear a mask.
I'd much rather pay uber or lyft 7$ for a 2 mile ride, instead of paying Yellowcab 25$ for the same distance.
Free market economy promotes competitive pricing. I will pay whoever gives me the service I need for the least amount of imaginary monies.
