I know a guy who saw it. It had been uploaded to a site called LiveGore and he watched it before it was taken down rather quickly. He described the video to me as appparently having been filmed inside of Comet Pizza, in which Hillary and Huma slowly tortured a little girl to death, drinking her blood, etc. At the end they sliced off the girl's face and Huma wore it like a mask. He's former military and has seen a lot of disturbing stuff, but he said that the video was very terrible and wishes it was fake. It's one of those "things you can't unsee" deals.
