Ideally, Republics should be based on universal adherence to an abstract rule of law and NOT to personal loyalty. Unfortunately, we've somehow regressed back into a pseduo-feudal/tribal rule where personal loyalty to a tribal chief has primacy over citizenship to the rule of law and public servants. The "chiefs" or "feudal lords" with their retinue and private armies are the elite and globalists with their private wealth. The public servants are simply no match because they don't have that personal loyalty and the wealth and private armies that come with it. My point being, if she had the public state protecting her, this is well and good, but the private armies of these NWO "chiefs" will overpower her and I doubt her private wealth or private armies will be able to protect her.

This is why to a very large extent, Muslim nations and African nations are incapable of sustaining a Republic because the tribal and personal loyalties are waaay too strong. A public servant cannot help but be bound to personal loyalties and will end up circumventing the rule of law in favor of sustaining private wealth and private armies and benefiting his tribal / family relations (just another way of saying nepotism and corruption).

This is essentially what happened in America and the West. It is no longer about the goverment and public servants benefitting the country as a whole, but public servants pretending to be benefitting the public. They are obtaining private wealth and power through abuse of these public offices for their private NWO goals.
