A Lot of it makes sense except the Taiwan part. The Island is Formosa, maps from before about 1960 call it Formosa and the water between it and china is called the Formosa strait. it was colonized by the dutch who then imported Chinese workers. You can't see the island from the shores of china. It is not an integral part of china. it belonged to Japan before china and had before them its own integral Formosan culture. I think Trump isn't going to let Formosa go to china. only Part of the Eastern Ukraine and Crimea are Russian.
