No it sounds like President Trump to me. You can't have devolution and have Trump in power. David Straight, an insider said Trump is still Commander in Chief. Even that Patel patriot said there is no situation in devolution that allows for Trump to be in power. It's one or the other. You can't have your cake and eat it too.
