Space Force was Trump's baby. How is this happening now if the Military is in control?

My hope was that the "Military" in control was the Space Force...now I am not so sure.

This is an interesting one. He was a part of MIT's seminar XXI, which is pretty swampy, though it also includes some Trump appointees.
