I went to the trouble of reading it.

I am still not sure what he was trying to convey, although I think it is that he likes Mommy and Auntie better than Dr. Jill Biden, and would like Joe to not treat Jimmy and Val so shitty.

Okay. Not sure how that's "scathing".

It reads like an eight year old wrote it.
