So nobody has appealed the ruling for over 48 hours.

In the past every news story about a ruling would be accompanied by the loser's spokesperson immediately affirming appeal is processing. Like a sine qua non. But now every airline and two agencies fold and CDC has to ask DOJ formally because its back-channel comms must be broken down, and we don't know that DOJ has moved yet. God wins.
