I noticed none of them are facing tribunals. They are all traitors, why are they in our civilian courts?

We haven't won the war yet.

Refer to WW2. Did military tribunals, including the famous Nuremberg Trials happen before the Nazis lost control of Berlin and were defeated? Does anyone seriously imagine our WW will be different and our nazis will be successfully prosecuted before their Berlin, DC, has been taken from them?
