wife is over my shoulder schooling me and telling me I'm being wordy :)...ingredients are all organic:

• Meyenberg goat milk powder (4 scoops, scooper comes with container)
• nutritional yeast (2 tsp)
• beef gelatin (1 tsp)
• turbinado sugar (4 Tbsp)
• liquid coconut oil (2 tsp)
• olive oil (1 tsp)
• molasses (1 tsp)
• liquid vitamin D (1 ml)
• Lovebug baby probiotic (1 packet/serving)
• cold water (24 oz)
• boiling hot water (8 oz)

put the following ingredients in a blender in the following order:

1. start with cold water and add all liquid ingredients including molasses & oils
2. add boiling water which will help break down oils and molasses prior to any mixing
3. then add all of the dry ingredients EXCEPT for the Lovebug
4. blend it all
5. wait for it to cool to room temperature ish in the blender (off) and then it is safe to add Lovebug which should not be added to anything too hot/warm because it'll make probiotics ineffective
6. reblend all with probiotics in it and let it cool more before storing in your fridge

it is good for 1 day or so with 2 days tops. plan ounces needed accordingly per 24 to 36 hours
