After painting and doom and gloom picture the article says, "The deal is under scrutiny by the Securities and Exchange Commission and is likely months away from being finalized."

Do you see what the industry is trying to do? They are trying to sabotage DWAC and guess what, it isn't going to work.

You would have thought these hedge funds would have learned their lesson with GME and AMC. Right now the price of DWAC is a low $38.00, its time to scoop up some more shares dirt cheap. Lets send the stock price back up. I just purchaed another $1000 worth myself moments ago.
