I agree with all except I don't want modern cities to be like Tokyo or Dubai.

I think that those places are deserts for self sufficiency. How is an individual to plan their home or lifestyle? They have no storage or autonomy.

Over centralised. I think I would like to see smaller cities with less high rise living.

I know that some people like living in city centres, so I guess those people can live in high rise boxes and have corporate jobs if they want to.
