Q distinguishes between the enemy of the people and the enemy of humanity. An Invisible enemy of humanity. At very least it's referring to the few who are so far gone they've lost their humanity, and we aren't aware of who they are. At worst- the V miniseries in the 80's was a documentary. That would put 99% of the population in the hospital.

But just because you can't see into the other realm, doesn't mean that nobody can, and even some pets can.....
I agree. Not all people are only able to access 10% of their brain capacity. Some are able to achieve more. As for pets, well there's a reason I trust their instincts more than most peoples!
