Bill's right. I'm not concerned about upvotes.

I wasn't as a user, and as a mod, I could harvest them if I wanted to.

I don't need them. I'm just trying to get the info out. If anything, I use the upvotes to gauge interest in a thread.

(I personally think they are a precursor to a social credit score.)
