One of these posts where all the commenters talk about how great she looks. Doesn't transhumanism look wonderful? She's old but her skin looks "radiant"; her hair is "lovely". You just dress like a Batman villain, put that circle to your eye and let everyone know that you built your "health" on murdered children.

The fact that a picture like this can be out in the open and only a few know what it is saying is so incredible to me.
