St. Augustine! I was there last month scouting places to move to. St. Augustine was right at the top!

We took the tour and were floored! We'd never heard of a master planned community and omg is it cool! So many things to do, the water parks, the golf cart paths, the shopping centers! And the people are so nice! It was like Pleasanville in a good way! The best part was their schools are amazing!

Moved to Ponte Vedra 9 years ago from San Diego, CA. Best move ever! We moved when the kids were young. St Johns schools are TOP! Waves aren’t as good here, but water is warm!

I surf in NJ, I cant wait to lose the dry/wet suits. I surfed Blacks and Wind and Sea in SD, nothing on the east coast compares.
