I had four people follow me within a few seconds of joining. Probably just bots, since they don’t seem to have any posts.

The sign up process asks for a verification phone number and an email address. Nothing else.
Not really paranoid. Bots would be expected.
I personally haven’t seen a single bot on TS. I’ve gotten well over a hundred “random” followers but I’ve also been truthing memes, re-truthing, etc.
Most of them followed in the first and second week of TS being live.
