Any forum software, this included, will have something designed to catch people dumping porn links, a post is given a score of "Toxicity" and if that threshold is met by whatever criteria then the tool will hide, remove, delete, or ban the user, it's not that bizzare lad.

The mod pinned the submission and went out for a shit, the auto-mod purged the content of the post. One is not like the other so one won't behave like the other.
