Hmmm....it must have been another Hillary deal. Haha.
Highly under rated comment.
Sent this to a normie who went off about “those cars were probably moved there to block Russian tanks” and “there’s no indication a bomb should have gone off”… To which I was like “It’s a meme. Picture could be from anywhere. If the MSM can get away with 5 year old photos, video game footage, old newsreels from other countries and call it “Ukraine War”, why shouldn’t meme makers?” The response was “I don’t think that’s true at all” which sparked a tangential discussion, so I said “Meme makers probably take more care to be accurate compared to MSM hacks, I wouldn’t be surprised if it is from official reportage claiming a Russian bomb attack…” And sure enough, it is. From the alleged Bucha massacre which looks suspiciously like a false flag inside job on the home team.
I thought “there’s no indication a bomb should have gone off” is a pretty good point.
The caption specifically refers to something that happened in the photo, "an explosion of a Russian bomb", which there's no evidence of. I think passing off something so questionable, and I lean dishonest, hurts your case more than it helps.
That’s a fair point. The meme is being disingenuous or at least creative with the truth, and I followed suit. I agree those cars could have been a road block and there is some purchase in turning them upsides down. Or they were staged to mimic a street where there had been combat. Nothing quite as disingenuous as the sensationalised headings that accompany this photo when you do a reverse image search, so my conscience is clear.
