“Would you like to play a game” may also be a literal taunt to the AI supercomputers. I believe Snow White and the Seven dwarves referred to at least 7 or more AI supercomputers named after the seven dwarves. The enemy uses these supercomputers in the war against us, and likely other supercomputers like them. So there’s that as well.
The AI is referred to as "She". So when Q says they never thought SHE would lose, he wasn't talking about Hillary.

No, it very clearly refers to Hillary.
Double meanings exist.
Q gave pretty good hints where the double meaning was. Someone tried to ask if Red October referred to a factory in Russia. Q was clear that the answer was "no". Q used this very clearly in the context that it was "Hillary".
It is clear as day to me that "she" means Hillary. Q didn't use very common words like "she" for double meanings. Q used distinct phrases like "red October". She is useless for a double meaning because "she" has a ton of meanings based on context.
Show me the exact post giving you that impression. It is clear as day that "she" means Hillary, but if you want to surprise me then be my guest.
