Elon's bid being accepted means he has provided some sort of guarantee to the Cabal.

Maybe. Maybe not.

In fairness, at this point no one here is in possession of enough detailed quality information to state this as a fact.

If the deal ends up being a way for the deep state to bone us yet deeper, then some bubbles will burst. :)
