Ihor Kolomoyskyi is the one who funded Zelensky and coincidentally, hunter biden. Maybe he's the one who's calling the shots over there? Also is the co owner of PrivatBank.

This guy is also saying that they are intentionally trying to destroy Ukraine in order to hide the evidence of all their crimes.
