While I do agree with Ayn Rand on a lot of things, my only major disagreement with her is that she doesn't seem to consider that heads of corporations pay politicians and influence government laws to only help said corporation and take out competition. Rather she goes off on the other end that it is government politicians and lackeys that influence large corporations and cause them to not be productive. Heads of large corporations and government politicians go back and forth influencing each other but it is largely the corporations with the money doing the influencing.
But she is completely right that it is the evils of humanity wanting something for nothing that causes our downfalls. If there is no sacrifice, there is no meaning.
