I dont think twitter is becoming a crypto exchange but even if it was an exchange can be centralized but the cryptos themselves can still be decentralized. But just fyi there are also decentralized exchanges that already exist.

Yeah allowing payments in crypto doesnt make you a crypto exchange...Coinbase is an exchange, Gemini is an exchange, Kucoin is an exchange....get to know your language here before making a statement.
