Whatever heap of trash that was on the street, it was no "interdepartmental commercial flight" vehicle. Looks like a one or two man heli without the blades from this angle.
Carnies were always traditional 'catchers' for the Cabal.
Moving from town to town.
Little kids running off to join the circus.
And then there's the origin of 'Carnival' as the carnal celebration it is.
Carnivore carnies as Killer Klowns.
I had a friend with a very beautiful girlfriend he took to the carnival. A carnie followed her to the bathroom and began bothering her. When her boyfriend said leave her alone, his throat was cut and he was life-lined to the hospital by helicopter or he'd have died. That was the end of his singing career too.
p.s. Remember the lighted ferris wheel in the pics Q sent from London where bad actors were meeting?
Very important comm.
What does a Ferris wheel symbolize?
A Ferris wheel can also represent something exciting or enjoyable in your waking hours- however it isn't consistent- there are regular pauses in this pleasurable experience. You may want something that is going well to have no end but are coming to terms with the fact that it will eventually.
It was a Cessna 207 according to the article. Landing gear visible in the pic seems to match. Looks like it was a nasty crash so the rest of the plane is likely scattered around. Not sure what an "interdepartmental commercial flight" is but my guess is it's a small charter flight to get to a small somewhat remote airport. I flew to Puerto Rico from Alberta a while back and the last flight to get us to the island of Vieques was on a small rickety charter plane a bit bigger than a 207. Probably common in less populated areas down there.
Interesting story either way, seems like there could be something here. Would be nice to get the flight data.

Like an R22?
Yes, maybe. Similar looking. idk really I suppose it could be the smallest plane I've ever seen and my dad had a tiny one with chopped wings.
