Any they chose.

For Al Roker, for example, it was the phrase 'holy ghost'.

For the subject in the Manchurian Candidate, it was a red queen in the card deck.

Tattoos can be used as 'anchors', another related subject.

It's all about the programming and the subject has to be studied deeply.
