damn... you could be right... might have to stick with horse paste... it's given not just to back-yard horses but to Kentucky Derby winners literally worth millions... it will be safe, if anything is
Sad when we have to view everything as suspect anymore. I have been buying grass fed and grass finished beef from a small upstart business in an Ohio suburb. The place is run by a former member of the Amish community, and the source is Amish. The meat tastes entirely different than what you buy in the store. It has a richer quality, no waste, little inedible fat. It is amazing, cooks quickly, is tender. (I hate cube steak, but for some reason my husband insisted I told him to order cube steak along with our 2nd order. I cooked it last night. I am a fan! So delicious and tender, no tough , grisly parts. It makes me wonder what exactly is in the ground meat we buy or how the cattle are raised/produced, injected, fed. The reason we switched was dissatisfaction with meat we had been buying and my husband’s renal disease-I wanted something with less toxic impact on the kidneys. Before this we drove an hour to a meat packing company. Their beef was better than the grocery, but not as good as where we are now buying). I truly believe vaccines are not what they lead us to believe, medications are patented to in many cases cause more harm than good, our food is tainted with GMOs and toxins, as is our water. Processed and fast foods are comprised of preservatives, fat and sodium which is harmful to you. Our government is involved in drug, human and weapons trafficking for money first and power. The future looks grim if the evil isn’t rooted out and we don’t return to God, nature, and a more simplistic life with less emphasis on things and more value on life.
Would you just divide by weight or something different?
Yes, for horse paste just follow the directions on the package. It allows you to set a dial on the tube that gives you the amount you need and yes, it goes by weight.
People give it to foals, minis and small ponies, too. so you can get a good estimate by weight even if you need it for a small "horse".
