short answer: you're screwed-- maybe. longer answer: the vax can trigger a certain type of liver disease. It can screw up your immune system such that you will require medicine to stop your immune system from working so the immune system doesn't attack the liver. (if i got it wrong, i'm sure some lovely will point it out. :)
