You're missing the calls people made for Musk to use the money to help end those problems instead of buying Twitter.

Two of the biggest stockholders are Vanguard and BlackRock.

But it's more a poke at the people criticizing Musk for not spending that money to end those things. Why are they critical of Musk but not the few recipients of such a large sum of money?
