C"MON MAN. Everyone knows, "Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." What to all the 'dogooders do'? They always exacerbate the problem. Giving begets more giving. Teaching people to work for themselves solves the problem.
