FBI and C_A should not exist. What we need is a very small, very transparent, communication system between all local police forces and sheriff's departments. This could very well be just a distributed database.
There has to be an education to the people to make them understand how important local governments are, and sheriffs are. Hell, a lot of Sheriffs need to be taught how powerful they are.
Again, I would love the idea of the federal government being so small, that its essentially a distributed database and a distributed ledger that transparently shows federal income like tariffs and import duties, and how they are distributed to various localities.
What we, as society need is so simple yet we won't get any of it. The fact that so many crimes are made from people influenced and connected to government, I don't really see a point in having any government at all. Without based police and court, we get fucked raw in the ass, while connected people can get away with absurd crimes with no consequences however we look at things.
