Mississippi is one of four States in the US that don't allow for religious or philosophical exemptions for children attending public schools. In case you're wondering about the other 3 States, they are CA, NY, and WV. WV is another head scatcher. Go figure....
It's good news. I hope they are changing their existing law regarding mandatory vaxxination of school children though. The original post sounds like it is for 'COVID' only and does not do away with the no religious or philosophical exemption law.

And in this case, it seems…. the employer only has to offer it, doesn’t mean they are required to accept it.
That’s left up to the employer and what legal actions they are willing to take.

It gives me hope of something to fight with- maybe no guarantee that they won’t fight back…but I least I have a starting point
