allowing people back onto Twitter. It's the Twitter board or whatever they're called running the day to day operations crapping in their pants.
Twitter still has the same idiotic and yes, dangerous, health guidelines. I was put in a 12 hour time out for pointing out that not many people who received the childhood vaccines caught the diseases when exposed.
He and the board just agreed to the deal. It's not like he moved into a office there and started dictating policy. Who would even assume this?
only everyone lol
But why? Is everyone dumb? No.
honestly, I don't think most people think past the next few minutes - even if they have the capacity to
I think “control” is the word they are referring to. Like buying a house...once a deal is made, money starts to move(which Elon’s is). Decision about such (house) purposes are on hold. I mean if I sold my house, I have 30 days to exit the home. Well I only need about 5, think I’ll rip the deck off cause I don’t like the color, poor a slab in its place, and maybe tear out the wall between the living room and dining room because, why not it e we puke look better...
No! You can’t touch it. The only thing you can do is start cleaning your stuff out. Nothing major gets touched. So Elon has agreed, shareholders agree, banks agree. It “will be “ Elon’s at this point. So, nothing major decision wise gets to happen. Just hold, keep it running. And if Elon wants to gets things going, the people who sold would comply, so as long as the banks are in possession of the cash. Which from what I hear , three banks already have like 25 billion on the ready. Shareholders happy, all good. Control. Total private ownership is down the road. But right now he does have a say in his purchase.
