Start emailing, calling, and contacting them on social media and ask them to explain how you know something is disinformation and what the difference is between a lie and disinformation.

Just ask the standard who, what, where, why, when questions. Pretend to genuinely be stupid and not understand. Because it makes them feel more insecure because they don't know what the fuck they're doing.
