Aren't these feudin' words?

Would a guy be justified in responding with lethal force? Seriously... could this stand up in court: "He is a zillionaire and I feared for my way of life and for my health and for my family... so I took his threat seriously and acted in self defense."

And if it would stand in court for this... what a precedent it would be!
