HOLD THE LINE. DAY 542
Q-uran!
From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/500_(number)#542 :
542 = 2 × 271. It is:
- a nontotient.
- the sum of totient function for the first 42 integers.
NetBible entry for index #542: https://classic.net.bible.org/strong.php?id=542
- apeido: (1) to look away from one thing and at another (2) to look at from somewhere, either from a distance or from a certain present condition of things (3) to perceive
No matching Bible verses (?): https://classic.net.bible.org/search.php?search=greek_strict_index:542
There’s also no Bible verse matching 2:271 or 271:2 so I’ll once again search the Quran:
- Surat Al-Baqarah (The Cow) 2:271: The example of those who disbelieve is like that of one who shouts at what hears nothing but calls and cries cattle or sheep - deaf, dumb and blind, so they do not understand.

See you tomorrow, Frens!🤓
Enjoyed the information. What I don't quite understand is the net Bible word and the lack of a Scripture match- But the Quran match is interesting. Mirror, perhaps?
Hello Lady🤗💐
NetBible indexes the original Greek Bible and links to the relevant verses. Today’s might have been rephrased over the centuries, hence its non-reappearance.
For the Scriptures match, I take both biggest prime factors of the day A and B and check for « Whatever A:B or B:A ». When one of these is too big to get results, I look for other references, mostly the Quran even if I am not especially a fan (not Islamophobic either, BTW): today’s surat is about making « Believers » see the « Unbelievers » as inferior, which I consider intolerant and divisive.
How’s your week going? I hope the night shifts are not too taxing.🙏🏻
It was better day before yesterday, we took off last night because we promised our son we would be home, and were completely worn out. We will be working tonight though. Praying for both closer and day time work. I'm not Islamophobic either, but I agree that assuming that all who do not hold to the Islamic faith are blind and deaf is intolerant and divisive, especially when one uses it to claim superiority. When you read Paul writings (or Isaiah), you read identification with those who are also sinners and an understanding that but for the grace of God, we would all be justly condemned. This is not something we see in the Quran.
That poor kid needs a younger sibling to feel the duty of caring for someone, but for this you’d need to be there. I pray this circle goes virtuous soon for all of you. I also hope your night shift is not medically exposing you to viral and/or vaccinal dangers.🙏🏻
He is actually a teenager, and so is his younger sister. They both can cook and clean up after themselves, but miss us when we are not there. We work in grocery stores, and they haven't been evil about the vaxx, partly because we are in Florida where the governor at least somewhat values freedom. Also partly because the cost of living in Florida means that many will quit a job like this and find one fairly quickly since everyone practically is hiring. :)
Or any other religion besides Christianity.
To a point as are many world religions before they begin branching off on wild bunny trails. I got a thing from Family Christian stores a few years back that covers the different beliefs of many religions and they almost all begin the same then at differing points branch off on weird beliefs, all except true Christianity which believes that Jesus died for the sins of the world and rose again as saviour and God’s Son.
