When I was pregnant w/ our daughter, one of my husband’s high school friends lost their 2 month old to SIDS. It wasn’t until later, after having my own child, having my eyes opened to the “other side of vaccines”, and learning that SIDS wasn’t even a “thing” until around the 1980’s, that I put two and two together. I had the revelation that babies get up to 6 vaccines at 2 months and this was right around the time their daughter died in her sleep for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my epiphany until my daughter had already received a majority of her shots, so I’m thankful that she survived despite my ignorance and she will never get another booster or shot until she’s 18 and can make her own decisions.
