Whoever wrote these "rules" was living a life of fear of somebody. I don't think they were written by white people at all. I cannot imagine every thinking a single one of these thoughts through my entire (long) life. But, frankly, I can imagine black men or women having these thoughts, because they or their relatives HAVE been victims of racism. So, that's my take. Maybe I'm wrong.
