He needs starlink, neuralink, and Twitter to have ALL the data on you and to use it to get what he wants/needs from others who need the data. This is all about creating and expanding "smart" cities and a "smart" global society. He is very much a globalist, definitely a transhumanist, and most certainly out for himself.

He who controls the data, controls the world.
